For packages lost in transit, reach out to us on our Contact Page to make a claim. All claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But don't worry! We will do our best to get it sorted out swiftly as these things happen. We will also do our best to cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. We would also recommend that you get in touch with the shipping carrier themselves to try locating the lost order as they would have more control over this side of things.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered successfully but you advise us that you haven't received it, we will have to investigate further as our fulfillment/printing locations won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any free replacements would have to be at Chiefdrawing's discretion
What if the product is damaged in the mail?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to info@chiefdrawing.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
What if the delivery address was wrong?
If the delivery address was wrong, then this would usually accrue additional shipping charges. Most of the time, the package is sent back to the return address by the shipping carrier which would be linked to our fulfillment/printing centres.
If the package was not returned to sender, then we would have to process a new order to replace the original. We will do our best to alleviate any additional costs but depending on the circumstances we might not be able to facilitate this.
What happens if my package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you haven't received it, we will need to check out the circumstances of the order and shipping to find out if it was delivered to a different location.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. We would recommend that you reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."
If you are unable to locate the package, you can reach out to us on our Contact Page to advise us of this. We will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. We're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
